Badass post Dennis. I'm new to this substack and am also passionate about unusual delicacies. A few weeks ago I made a popsicle out of oat milk, hot sauce and cornflakes. It was really bad

Ah, thanks for this Dennis! After that sausage pudding recipe from last week I basically have my next Christmas lunch plans sorted so recommending your substack was the least I could do.

well,

First off there's likely not much lactose, or anything that's been near a cows mammary apparatus in a McDonald's shake. That said green is my favorite color, not including said shake. They always tasted like toothpaste to me. Maybe it's just my little corner of heaven, but sprouts haven't been in stores for years, something about being grown in E. coli broth or some such. Pretty much like all our farmed veggies, but I digress.

By the way, women love to be complimented, try this on when you see Davida next time: "Hey sweetcheeks, the old mammary apparatus is looking good today.".

I guarantee a memorable response.

Stay safe, and crazy.

I think you're referencing the rumor that mcdonald's shakes don't have milk because they don't call them "milkshakes," fyi that's totally untrue. obviously the first ingredient is milk. the sole reason they aren't titled "milkshakes" is that different states actually have regulations on what a "milkshake" is so rather than have different menu copy tailored to vague state regulations they just call them all "shakes" to get it over with.

OMG, Dennis! I'm NEVER, EVER coming to your house for dinner ... even if you were to invite me. LOL I'm so searching for what you've done with pork rinds - I know it has to be here! As a regenerative detoxification specialist, well, come see me when you can't poop any more and the pain kicks in ... it will my friend if you actually consume what you make. But, in the meantime, you are absolutely insane and hilarious! I'm sharing this with the detox group on Facebook. I totally agree with you - food is stupid.
