My brain went the other way on this. Deep fried crab rangoon wonton wrapper with a cheesecake inside... But I suppose that would be too reasonable for this newsletter.
I want to make this as a hot dip with fried wontons as the chip... thought I’d probably have to fry the chips myself and then I would get mandu frying flashbacks (my mom would make me fry mandu for any parties they had!)
This might well be the only recipe you've ever created that I would actually eat. I don't know if that's a badge of honor or a mark of shame for you.
