Happy Friday, clowns!

Today’s post almost didn’t happen. It’s been rainy on and off in Chicago today, and since my pellet smoker runs off of electricity, I wasn’t sure I wanted to run a cable outside. But I chanced it, and instead of dying of electrocution, the sun came out and spared my life. But, not everything else went smoothly today.
